SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Studio Australia is able to arrange free delivery of all products in anywhere within Australia.
Most items should be dispatched in 3-4 weeks upon receipt of payment.
We can however do our best to work something out if your purchase is for a special occasion, just email us to discuss your needs email@example.com.
Once you make your purchase you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking details will be emailed once your piece is finished and packed ready to fly off to you. Deliveries take place business hours, Monday to Friday.
We do not schedule the delivery routes, and therefore we cannot advise on exact dates or times for deliveries.
International delivery will require a delivery charge, please contact us for a quotation. (Please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees on top of the postage charges).
Please note that all deliveries are very well packaged for protection and have been checked for damages before dispatch therefore you are responsible for unpacking in a safe and careful way.
Please remember our pieces are breakable. If you do not notify us within 7 days of purchase of any items that have been damaged in transit you may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
